Mek Qunmömgwë Ner (/mek/ /qunˈmo˞mgwɛ/ [holy; sacred] [bubble; dome; foam]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Fövnëbës Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Mek Qunmömgwë Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Mek Qunmömgwë Ner was founded by Grêlêj Shumungo, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner has a yearly average temperature of 15°C (59°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 4°C (39°F). Mek Qunmömgwë Ner receives an average of 270 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Mek Qunmömgwë Ner covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2912 m (9553 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1078, by Grêlêj Shumungo. The establishment of Mek Qunmömgwë Ner suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mek Qunmömgwë Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad cobblestone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Mek Qunmömgwë Ner's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The monster and outlaw focused fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Mek Qunmömgwë Ner makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
In Mek Qunmömgwë Ner most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
The Griffon near Mek Qunmömgwë Ner are known to be quite timid.
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves orgies to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 1 via recitation of poetic epics.

It may be swampy ground or a decaying coastline, or it could be an ancient buried city that’s now giving way. In the case of some antique habitation, the denizens that once lived there might be boiling upward as their home is collapsing, or new opportunities may be revealed even as the community’s present structure is ruined.
Mek Qunmömgwë Ner's is something of a geological and arcane anomaly, as neither physical nor magical law entirely explains its formation.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Chyichy Söqüe Holt was struck by a drought when Lake Khanka grew too small to continue feeding Stream Quiet, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Mek Qunmömgwë Ner. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Mek Qunmömgwë Ner lost 112 people, and 385 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 4 weeks, which are remembered as the Dread Thirst.
